Washington on the Brazos Historical Foundation
The Washington on the Brazos Historical Foundation is a nonprofit that facilitates preservation projects, celebrations and educational programming at the Washington on the Brazos State Historic Site and its four attractions. We have been working with the Foundation for over eight years on marketing and development. We currently manage their social media accounts & website, help plan & manage events, schedule advertising and PR.
Monte Vista Historical Association
The Monte Vista Historical Association (MVHA), founded in 1973, provides education, assistance, and a forum for neighbor’s voices to be heard as it relates to homes, streets, and businesses. We lead the communications for this organization with a weekly e-newsletter, Facebook page, quarterly printed newsletter and updated website calendar. We also help maintain the website and assistant in planning numerous events throughout the year.
Plan-It Satisfaction
Plan-It Satisfaction acts as Executive Director for several medical organizations around the country. We work with them on social media management, graphic design, newsletters and website design and maintenance on eight different accounts. We started in October 2023 and continue today.
PESTOLA
PESTOLA is the Pediatric Endocrine Society of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas. In partnership with QuEs Events, we worked to help organize their Annual Conference in April 2024. We are currently working on graphic design, managing their social media accounts & doing website maintenance for them.
The Cove
The Cove is a longtime staple in the San Antonio restaurant scene. They serve locally sourced food with fresh ingredients. In addition to their amazing food, they have live music Wednesday – Sunday on their indoor stage. We ran their social media accounts from February 2023 – December 2024.
Cool Crest Miniature Golf & the Metzger Biergarten
Cool Crest Miniature Golf is one of the oldest miniature golf courses in the country, celebrating its 92nd year in 2021. We worked with Cool Crest from May 2019 to December 2023 on their social media outreach. We expanded our services with Cool Crest when they opened the Metzger Biergarten in October 2020. Along with social media, we coordinated their calendar including events, fundraisers, private parties & food trucks and promote throughout the San Antonio community.
Salsa De Leon
Salsa De Leon is a family-owned salsa company out of Canyon Lake. In partnership with Amaezing Marketing Group, we ran the social media accounts from July 2022-January 2023.
Olmos Park Dental
Olmos Park Dental is a boutique style dental office in San Antonio that offers general and family dentistry. With the intention of reaching new patients, we worked on their social media accounts from October 2020-December 2021. We also built a brand new website and continue to help maintain it.
Campaign for Rey Feo
The Rey Feo Scholarship Foundation is a 501C3 non-profit that operates as a scholarship fundraising program to aid in the funding of San Antonio’s prospective college graduates. In partnership with Amaezing Marketing Group, we ran the social media accounts for the Campaign for Rey Feo 74 & 75, helped plan large campaign events & created event graphics from April 2022 – October 2022.
Friends of Winedale
The Friends of Winedale’s mission is to provide financial and volunteer resources to support the preservation of Winedale Historical Complex and its use for public programs, teaching and research. We created a new website for the Friends to share information on the Historical Complex & promote their programs and education.
San Jacinto Museum of History
The San Jacinto Museum of History is a nonprofit that supports the San Jacinto Historic Site. For several years we organized the San Jacinto Day Festival which had over 10,000 visitors annually for the one day event. Organization of the festival included recruiting sponsors, scheduling 50+ vendors and entertainment for three stages and the coordination of multiple groups & organization involved. In addition to the festival, we worked on all advertising, public relations, community partnerships, social media, fundraising and marketing plans.
SoHill Cafe and Julia’s Bistro & Bar
SoHill Cafe and Julia’s Bistro & Bar are sister restaurants located right next to each other in the Beacon Hill neighborhood of San Antonio. Due to the pandemic, they had to readjust their hours, menu and more. We worked with Julia’s & SoHill from April 2021-January 2022 revamping their social media accounts.
